Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to generate leads, connect with potential customers, build relationships, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and an interest in sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through calls, social media, online platforms, and field activities.
- Contact potential customers and explain the company's products and services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer information, lead records, and sales reports.




- Coordinate with the operations and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify current business opportunities and monitor competitors.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
- Ability to manage leads and follow up consistently.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Previous sales or business development experience is an advantage.

- Sales, marketing, or customer-handling experience is a plus.
