We are looking for a target-oriented International GIT Sales Manager to lead international group tour package sales, develop current business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and manage the sales of international GIT tour packages.

· Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

· Develop and maintain relationships with B2B travel agents, franchise partners, and corporate clients.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

· Identify potential markets and develop strategies to increase international tour package sales.

· Negotiate with clients and travel partners to close sales deals.

· Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.

· Track sales performance, pipeline, conversions, and revenue generation.

· Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.





· Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to improve sales performance.

· Focus on customer acquisition, repeat business, and long-term business relationships.

Requirements

· Minimum 8-10 years of experience in international tour package sales.

· Previous experience in a sales management or team leadership role is preferred.

· Strong knowledge of international destinations and group tour packages.

· Experience in B2B sales, travel agent handling, and business development.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

· Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
