This branch + field role involves assisting customers, promoting health insurance products, generating recent business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a willingness to work in a dynamic sales environment with growth opportunities.

Responsibilities:
• Handle and assist walk-in customers at the bank branch with professionalism and efficiency
• Communicate, pitch, and educate customers about health insurance products and their benefits
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and local stakeholders
• Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities through field visits and outreach
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide on-the-spot training to customers
• Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales and performance targets




• Collaborate with internal teams to align on business goals and customer needs
• Visit client locations for product information, follow-ups, and deal closure Note: This is a Branch + Field Sales role requiring regular travel across assigned zones. Requirements
• Graduate (Technical & Non-Technical streams)
• 3-Year Diploma holders
• B.
Voc candidates
• Only 2021 to 2025 pass-outs are eligible.
• Age: 18 to 27 years only
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages
• Willingness to work in a branch + field environment with flexible scheduling
• Must be available for day shift and work as per Bank holidays Not Eligible:

₹13,500 per month (in-hand)
