About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic procurement professional to lead sourcing and category management for furniture and modular kitchen hardware. The role will be responsible for driving cost competitiveness, supplier development, product innovation, and uninterrupted material availability while supporting business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage procurement of hardware categories including hinges, channels, drawer systems, lift-up systems, sliding mechanisms, baskets, handles, wardrobe accessories, locks, and fittings.
• Develop and execute category sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, delivery, and innovation.
• Lead commercial negotiations, annual rate contracts, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Identify,



evaluate, and develop domestic and international suppliers.
• Drive vendor consolidation, alternate sourcing, localization, and value engineering projects.
• Partner with Product Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams for recent product introductions and cost optimization.
• Track hardware market trends, commodity movements, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure material availability, inventory optimization, and supplier performance management.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and supplier corrective actions.
