Hiring: BIM Manager – Mechanical (10+ Years Exp)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the end-to-end delivery of Mechanical (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection) BIM models from concept design through to construction and as-built stages.
- Establish, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP), modeling standards, workflows, and quality assurance protocols.
- Drive multi-disciplinary clash detection, coordination meetings, and constructability reviews with architects, structural engineers, and client stakeholders.
- Ensure all mechanical BIM deliverables strictly align with project-specific US, UK, or Gulf standards and building codes.
- Mentor and lead a team of BIM coordinators and modelers,



supporting their technical growth and resource planning.
- Manage model audits, file exchange protocols, and Common Data Environments (CDE) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in MEP BIM coordination and project delivery, with proven leadership experience as a Lead Coordinator or BIM Manager.
- In-depth practical experience working on large-scale US, UK, or Gulf projects.
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 / ACC.
- Robust grasp of international BIM standards (such as ISO 19650, AIA, or relevant regional codes).
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
