Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily, weekly and monthly production plans.
- Monitor planned vs. actual production and take corrective actions.
- Manage manpower deployment, shift planning, attendance and productivity.
- Lead and guide Shift In-Charges and production teams.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, materials and resources.
- Monitor OEE, downtime, output, scrap, rejection and productivity.
- Coordinate with Maintenance for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ensure proper material utilization, WIP control and reduction of wastage.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, safety requirements and QMS.
- Drive 5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement and waste reduction.
- Handle production and quality deviations with corrective actions.
- Maintain proper shift handover and accurate production reports.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Dispatch, Supply Chain, R&D;, Operations and HR teams.
- Identify recurring production issues and implement sustainable solutions.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. – Mechanical, Production, Polymer, Chemical, Industrial Engineering or relevant manufacturing discipline

Preferred Industry Experience

Bioplastic / Polymer / Rubber / Plastic / Manufacturing

Preferred: Candidates with 5+ years of manufacturing/production experience and hands-on experience in shift handling or production leadership. Local candidates from Islampur, Sangli, Kolhapur and nearby locations will be preferred.
