- Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills in software and product innovation to develop transformative software solutions that enhance business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on designing, coding, and testing applications that drive digital transformation and deliver exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. - Developing innovative software solutions to drive digital transformation and enhance business performance
- Designing, coding, and testing applications to deliver exceptional user experiences
- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) methodologies to improve software quality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs through software engineering
- Implementing microservices and enterprise application integration to optimize system performance
- Conducting code reviews and adhering to coding standards to maintain software integrity
- Managing application lifecycle and software project planning to meet project timelines
- Analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional software designs
- Leveraging programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript to develop robust applications
- Engaging in quality assurance testing and debugging to resolve software issues
- Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs to deliver tailored solutions What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

- Utilizing Acceptance Test Driven Development (ATDD) methodologies for software projects
- Developing solutions using JavaScript, Python, and C++ programming languages
- Managing API integrations and microservices architecture for client applications
- Excelling in business requirements analysis and process improvement strategies
- Navigating complex client relationships with effective communication and analytical thinking
- Demonstrating proficiency in continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices5+ years of experience in software engineering.
- 3+ years of hands-on AWS experience in modernization or transformation.
- Strong proficiency in microservices architecture design and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with monolith decomposition (strangler fig, branch-by-abstraction) and database separation.
- Strong backend development skills with Java, Python, Node.js, or equivalent.
- Experience designing and implementing REST APIs on Lambda using SAM and API Gateway.
- Experience with event-driven architectures (SQS, SNS, EventBridge, Step Functions).
- Proficiency with containerization and orchestration (Docker, ECS/EKS, Fargate).
- Understanding of database modernization patterns, DMS, and SCT.
- Familiarity with service discovery (Cloud Map) and service mesh (App Mesh) concepts.
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical decisions.
