In this role, you will bridge architecture, automation, and executive-level engagement-translating manual disaster recovery runbooks into automated orchestration solutions like **Kyndryl Resiliency Orchestration (Sanovi DRM)** or **ServiceNow BCM** . You will own the technical content lifecycle (HLD, LLD, White papers, and Solution Designs), deliver technical enablement training, and lead on-site implementations while collaborating closely with enterprise customers, partners, and vendors.
