It specializes in architecture and engineering design, planning, supervision, project and construction management, development advisory, and turnkey delivery solutions. **Role Summary** A BIM Modeller (Building Information Modelling Modeller) is responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure projects using BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. The role involves coordinating with architects, engineers,



and project teams to ensure accurate and clash-free designs throughout the project lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities** + Prepare detailed mechanical drawings for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and gas systems. + Collaborate with engineers to align designs with project standards. + Ensure compliance with local and international MEP codes and standards. + Maintain and update project documentation **Qualifications and experience** + Strong understanding of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection). + Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. - Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. + Ability to work with international teams within deadlines. + Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection. + Some Mideast/international experience in Buildings, airports; railway stations & linear infra would be plus.
