Role & Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive clinical care to patients across outpatient, inpatient, and surgical settings—including antenatal, postnatal, and gynecological surgery.
- Diagnose and manage obstetric and gynecological conditions using modern diagnostic tools and evidence-based protocols.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams in high-risk deliveries, emergency obstetrics, and elective surgical procedures with adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Participate in resident teaching, clinical audits, and protocol development to elevate departmental standards of care.
- Advocate for patient education, preventive care,



and community outreach programs to reduce maternal morbidity and mortality.
- Ensure compliance with national and institutional clinical guidelines, including documentation, infection control, and informed consent protocols.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have
- DNB/MD/DGO in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Valid NMC Registration
- ACLS Certification
- proficiency in operative obstetrics (C-section, forceps, vacuum)
- Experience with laparoscopy and hysteroscopy
- Proficiency in managing high-risk pregnancies
- Preferred
- Experience in maternal-fetal medicine fellowships
- Published research or clinical audits in peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in regional languages for community outreach
