About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join our team as Business Development Representatives (BDRs), focusing on webinar coordination and speaker management.

This role is suitable for candidates with internship experience who have strong communication skills, enjoy research and outreach, and are interested in event coordination and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and organizing webinars, including scheduling, coordination, and session preparation.

- Research and identify relevant subject matter experts, industry professionals, and potential webinar speakers.

- Reach out to prospective speakers through email, LinkedIn, calls, and other relevant channels.

- Coordinate with speakers regarding their availability, participation, and event requirements.

- Build and maintain a database of potential speakers and industry experts.

- Manage speaker communications, follow-ups, schedules,



and timelines.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth webinar execution.

- Assist in moderating live webinar sessions and ensuring a professional experience for attendees.

- Maintain records of outreach activities, speaker engagement, and webinar coordination.
