Our gynecology department serves as a regional center for high-risk obstetrics, minimally invasive surgery, and reproductive medicine—equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and a multidisciplinary team focused on training the next generation of specialists.

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead clinical services in outpatient and inpatient gynecology, including high-risk pregnancies, endometriosis, and oncology cases.
- Supervise and mentor postgraduate residents and medical students in clinical rotations, surgical techniques, and diagnostic decision-making.
- Conduct academic lectures, case discussions, and journal clubs to foster evidence-based learning and critical thinking.
- Participate in departmental research initiatives, contributing to publications and protocols in women’s health.
- Collaborate with OB-GYN, oncology, and reproductive endocrinology teams to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.




- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, NABH standards, and national healthcare guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have
- DNB/MD/DM in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Valid MCI/NMC registration
- At least 5 years of clinical experience in gynecology or obstetrics
- Proficiency in laparoscopic and hysteroscopic procedures
- Experience in teaching or mentoring medical trainees
- Ability to lead clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Preferred
- Fellowship in reproductive medicine or gynecologic oncology
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with NABH accreditation or similar quality frameworks
