This role combines product implementation and sales, giving you the opportunity to help businesses adopt Duxbe while earning commissions through successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify potential customers and businesses that can benefit from Duxbe.

- Reach out to prospective customers through calls, social media, networking, and other channels.

- Explain Duxbe's features and benefits to potential customers.

- Conduct online product demonstrations and help customers understand how Duxbe can improve their business operations.

- Assist customers with product setup, configuration, and initial implementation.

- Guide customers through the basic features and usage of Duxbe.





- Provide initial support and coordinate with the technical team to resolve product-related issues.

- Follow up with potential customers, understand their requirements, and convert leads into sales.

- Maintain regular communication with customers and build long-term business relationships.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Interest in sales, technology, and customer support.

- Willingness to learn about ERP/POS software and business operations.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with online communication tools.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
