About the Opportunity
- Pharmizza Technology Solution Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced SEO / PPC Specialist to drive organic and paid search performance for its digital marketing initiatives. The role is based in Mumbai and requires a strategic thinker who can manage both SEO and PPC campaigns to improve visibility, traffic, and ROI.

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs in accordance with SEO best practices.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers for necessary improvements.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Build and manage link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing, and social media.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, bid management,



and budget allocation.
- Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and bidding strategies to boost conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and generate reports on key KPIs and ROI.
- Experiment with and implement new PPC strategies to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop engaging and high-performing ad creatives.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing and optimizing both SEO and PPC campaigns.
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and paid social media advertising platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.
