Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage

vendor coordination, stock availability, procurement, payment follow-ups, and daily supply

chain operations. The candidate should be a strong team player with excellent coordination

and Advanced Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

 Coordinate with vendors for stock replenishment and product availability.

 Track vendor payments, pending invoices, and approvals.

 Manage procurement requirements for the Up-to-date Trade channel.

 Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance, and internal teams.

 Monitor inventory, deliveries, and pending tasks.





 Advanced Excel reports and operational MIS.

Required Skills

 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or vendor management.

 Advanced Microsoft Excel; ERP knowledge is an advantage.

 Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively with a team.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain

Management, or a related field.

Compensation: As per industry standards and candidate experience.
