About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling technology consultancy specializing in enterprise service management and ITIL-aligned digital transformation. We empower organizations across India and APAC to optimize IT service delivery, automate ticketing workflows, and streamline incident, problem, and change management using Atlassian’s Jira Service Management platform. Our consultants design, configure, and implement scalable, secure, and user-centric service management solutions that drive operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Jira Service Management implementations—from discovery and process mapping to configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Design and build custom request types, SLAs, approval workflows, automation rules, and service catalogs aligned with ITIL best practices and client business needs.
- Integrate Jira Service Management with Confluence, Insight, Opsgenie, and third-party tools (e.g., LDAP, SSO, CI/CD pipelines, cloud services).
- Train and enable client teams on JSM best practices, governance,



and dashboard usage; document configurations and handover playbooks.
- Diagnose and resolve performance or usability bottlenecks; optimize workflows for scalability and compliance (ISO 20000, ITIL 4).
- Collaborate with DevOps, Security, and Cloud teams to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and governance of JSM environments (Cloud/Data Center).
