### Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain company computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
2. Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
3. Maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and networking systems.
4. Provide technical support to employees for daily IT-related issues.
5. Manage CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, and biometric attendance machines.
6. Install and update Windows, MS Office, antivirus, and other applications.
7. Maintain data backups and ensure data security.
8. Troubleshoot email, Outlook, and printer-related problems.
9. Coordinate with IT vendors for hardware repairs and software support.
10. Maintain IT asset records and ensure smooth functioning of all IT systems.

### Required Skills

- Positive knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Experience in LAN/WAN networking and troubleshooting.




- Knowledge of CCTV and biometric attendance systems.
- Proficiency in Windows, MS Office, and Outlook.
- Basic knowledge of firewall, antivirus, and data security.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.

**Qualification:** BCA / B.Sc. IT / Diploma in Computer Hardware & Networking or equivalent.

**Experience:** 2 3 years preferred, preferably in a manufacturing company.
