- Oversee resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize team productivity and project outcomes
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align project objectives with organizational strategy and business priorities
- Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance project efficiency and team performance
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure quality deliverables and timely completion
- Conduct post-project reviews and document lessons learned to support continuous improvement initiatives
