• Own the end-to-end technical architecture of AI solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Select and evaluate foundation models for various AI applications, considering their suitability and potential impact.
• Design context layers that enhance the performance and adaptability of AI systems in different scenarios.
• Engineer agentic loops to enable autonomous decision-making and problem-solving capabilities in AI agents.
• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective AI solutions.
• Conduct rigorous harness testing to ensure the reliability and robustness of AI systems before deployment.
• Implement robust production observability practices to monitor and optimize AI systems in real-world environments.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI,



including Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI (GenAI), and Agentic AI.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of AI engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning. Qualifications
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in AI engineering, with a proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale AI systems.
• Deep expertise in AI architecture, including foundation model selection, context-layer design, and agentic loop engineering.
• Hands-on experience with harness testing and production observability practices for AI systems.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies and their integration with AI solutions.
• Familiarity with cutting-edge AI technologies such as LLMs, GenAI, and Agentic AI is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business problems into technical AI solutions.
