JD – Senior Graphic Designer, AllterAbout the roleAllter is India's first premium organic bamboo diaper brand, backed on Shark Tank India Season 3 All our creative is made in-house. You will own visual output end to end: performance ads, marketplace and quick-commerce listings, website, social and packaging. This is a hands-on senior role — you set the design standard and you also ship the volume.

What you'll do
1. Performance creatives: Produce Meta and Google ad creatives weekly — statics, carousels and short motion/video edits. Build variants for A/B testing and iterate on what the data shows. 2. Marketplace and quick commerce: Create and refresh Amazon listing images, A+ content, store pages and Blinkit/Zepto banners to each platform's specs. 3. Website and retention: Design homepage banners, landing pages, offer creatives, and email/WhatsApp campaign visuals. 4. Social and content: Design posts, reels covers and campaign assets; edit short-form video with the content team. 5. Packaging and print: Own packaging updates, inserts, offline merchandising and trade-show material for Breeze and Luxe. 6. Brand system: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines and templates so output stays consistent at volume. 7. Execution: Turn around routine requests (resizes,



coupon banners, listing updates) fast, without waiting for a brief to be perfect. What we're looking forMust-haves
• 3-5 years in graphic design, at least 2 years in-house at a D2C or consumer brand
• A portfolio of performance ad creatives you personally designed, ideally with results attached
• Working motion and video editing skills (After Effects or Premiere, or equivalent)
• Amazon listing and A+ content experience
• Solid Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma skills
• Comfortable handling high-volume, quick-turnaround work alongside brand-level projects Good-to-haves
• Packaging design taken through to print production
• Baby, personal care or FMCG category experience
• Use of AI tools for ideation and asset production
• Basic photography or product-shoot art direction
