Role Description This is a full-time, in office Deputy Manager role based in Shamli. The Deputy Manager will support daily plant and production operations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Responsibilities may include supervising staff, monitoring process efficiency, reviewing production reports, and helping to implement continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves assisting senior management with planning, resource allocation, and resolving operational issues. The Deputy Manager is expected to maintain clear communication,



uphold company policies, and contribute to a culture of collaboration and accountability. Qualifications
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience supervising or coordinating operational staff.
• Solid understanding of production or manufacturing processes, ideally within food processing or related industries.
• Competence in analyzing data, preparing reports, and using basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office) for documentation and planning.
• Knowledge of workplace safety, quality control practices, and relevant regulations or industry standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Production Management, or a related field; relevant experience in plant or operations management is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Shamli, manage multiple priorities, and take initiative in solving operational challenges.
