Role Description The Associate Property Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day property operations, including coordinating housekeeping and maintenance, ensuring high-quality guest experiences, and managing check-ins and check-outs. The Associate Property Manager will maintain property standards, monitor inventory and supplies, and liaise with vendors and service providers as needed.



The role includes handling guest queries and escalations, ensuring timely resolution, and supporting revenue optimization through efficient property management. The Associate Property Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain accurate property information and support smooth operational workflows. Qualifications
• Strong property operations skills, including coordination of housekeeping, maintenance, and inventory management.
• Guest service and hospitality skills, with the ability to manage check-ins, check-outs, and resolve guest issues professionally.
• Organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple properties or tasks simultaneously.
• Communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with guests, owners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Basic technology proficiency, including use of property management systems, mobile apps, and standard office software.
• Knowledge of short-term rental or hospitality operations in an urban environment is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Bengaluru Area, with flexibility for weekend or evening shifts as needed.
• Relevant education in hospitality, real estate, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
