About the Role
Accolet Advisors Private Limited is a multidisciplinary boutique corporate advisory firm seeking an experienced Senior Manager to strengthen our Assurance and Ind AS Compliance practice. You will lead audit and advisory engagements for medium and large enterprises, manage teams across our Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pune offices, and work closely with senior client stakeholders. Success in this role means delivering technically sound work on time, developing strong teams and maintaining trusted client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead Ind AS implementation, transitions and financial reporting engagements, providing technical guidance on complex accounting matters.
• Manage statutory corporate audits under Ind AS and Indian GAAP, including planning, execution, review and finalisation.
• Oversee the design, testing and assessment of Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and SOX compliance frameworks.
• Ensure engagements comply with applicable accounting standards, auditing standards, Companies Act provisions and MCA requirements.
• Lead and mentor teams across locations, coordinating resources and maintaining consistent delivery quality.




• Serve as the primary operational contact for senior client stakeholders and resolve technical queries.
• Identify opportunities to support clients through the firm’s wider corporate advisory services. Qualifications and Experience
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA/FCA).
• 6–7 years of relevant experience in audit, assurance and Ind AS advisory.
• Proven experience in a Manager or Senior Manager role at a reputed firm.
• Strong practical knowledge of Ind AS, Indian GAAP, the Companies Act and Auditing Standards.
• Experience managing complex corporate engagements and leading teams.
• Strong communication, analytical and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and meet compliance deadlines. Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience with a Big Four or other top-tier skilled services firm.
• A valid Certificate of Practice (COP).
• Additional Company Secretary (CS) or IBBI qualifications.
