Role Description The Education Counsellor role is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur. The Education Counsellor will guide prospective and current students in understanding suitable educational paths, programs, and institutions aligned with their interests and career goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one and group counseling sessions, explaining academic offerings, assisting with applications and documentation, and responding to student and parent queries via in-person meetings, phone, email, and digital channels. The role also involves organizing and participating in seminars, workshops, and outreach activities, maintaining accurate student records, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth admission and onboarding processes.



The Education Counsellor is expected to stay updated on education trends and career opportunities to provide informed and reliable advice. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Educational Consulting and Education to guide learners effectively on academic pathways and programs.
• Candidates should possess demonstrated Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to support learners in making informed decisions about their futures.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, active listening, and the ability to explain complex information simply.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in academic advising, school or college counseling, or education-related roles.
• Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field; relevant certifications in counseling or career guidance are an advantage.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, empathy, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work collaboratively with students, families, and colleagues.
• Candidates should be comfortable using basic computer applications, online communication tools, and CRM or student management systems.
• Candidates with knowledge of current education systems in India and abroad, entrance exams, and scholarship opportunities will be preferred.
