Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Telecallers to generate leads and convert potential customers for Personal Loans (PL) and Business Loans (BL). The candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, understanding their financial requirements, explaining suitable loan products, and coordinating with the sales team to complete the loan process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers for Personal Loan and Business Loan products.
- Generate qualified leads through calling, follow-ups, and customer referrals.
- Understand customer requirements and explain loan eligibility, features, and documentation.
- Schedule appointments and transfer qualified leads to the sales team.
- Follow up with interested customers to improve lead conversion.
- Maintain daily calling records, lead status, and customer information in the CRM or reporting sheet.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth processing of loan applications.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience. Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel are preferred.
- Confidence in handling customer queries and follow-ups.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to work towards targets. Skills Required
