Role Description Join ExpertBridge's SAP expert panel for short consulting engagements with companies in the US and Europe. Companies across manufacturing, distribution, retail, life sciences and utilities are moving from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, with mainstream ECC maintenance ending in 2027. Most already have an implementation partner. What they lack is senior, independent expertise on their own side: someone to steer the programme, close a specific gap, or cover a role until a permanent hire starts. ExpertBridge brings that expertise to them through a vetted panel of SAP professionals. We are refreshing our SAP panel and adding experts across the areas below.. Areas of Expertise We are looking for professionals with significant expertise in
• Programme and project leadership: own the integrated plan, budget and risks; manage system integrators; run steering committees, testing, cutover and hypercare; step in as interim lead or recover a slipping programme
• Finance (FI/CO, record-to-report): lead finance design for S/4HANA implementations and conversions; ledger, asset accounting, controlling,



close; Public Cloud finance or Central Finance a plus
• Data migration and master data: set the migration strategy; mapping, cleansing, mock loads and cutover; Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, SLT or Syniti; MDG a plus
• Architecture and integration: act as design authority; BTP and Integration Suite/CPI; clean-core rules and custom-code review
• Logistics and manufacturing (SD, MM, PP, EWM): redesign order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, production and warehousing; integrate with WMS, MES and planning tools
• Technical (ABAP/BTP development, Basis and conversion): extra build capacity, SUM/DMO conversions, RISE and cloud moves What we look for
• 8+ years of hands-on SAP experience, including at least two full-cycle S/4HANA or ECC projects in your area
• A record of owning outcomes, not only tasks: you have led a workstream, a team or a client relationship
• Explicit communication with business and IT leaders in English; German is an advantage for European clients
• For CXO-level advisory engagements: 20+ years of SAP and business transformation experience How the panel works
