At **VedXlence Innovations**, we're crafting the next-gen edge in education, blending AI, real-world projects, mentorship, and career-focused learning to empower students, graduates, and professionals.

We're looking for a **target-driven Business Development Executive** to help us grow.

Location: New Nallakunta, Hyderabad
Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM | 6 days a week
Type: Full time | 2-month probation

**What you'll do:**
Generate your own leads through calls, networking, and referrals
Counsel prospective students on programs and career paths
Build partnerships with colleges, training cells, placement officers, and corporates
Own the sales cycle from first outreach to conversion
Support webinars, events, and campaigns

**Who we're looking for:**
Minimum 3 months of EdTech experience
Proven track record in lead generation and sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Self-motivated, proactive,



and comfortable in a fast-paced environment

**What's in it for you:**
Monthly salary of 25,000 – 35,000 (based on experience)
Up to 30% incentive on credited revenue
No unpaid training period
Growth path to Coordinator, ATL, or Team Lead, with team roles at 4.5–7 LPA CTC
