Target Titles: Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, Software Engineer, Software Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on engineering professional with experience building and scaling core advertising technology systems across ad platforms, DSPs/SSPs, ad networks, or retail media platforms.

Key Requirements

- Experience: 8+ years in software engineering, including 2+ years in AdTech.
- Core AdTech Expertise: Hands-on experience building at least one of the following: campaign management, bidding engines, auctions, ad servers, targeting, budget pacing, or ads reporting.
- Ad Metrics: Robust understanding of CPC, CPM, CTR, eCPM, and ROAS in a product or system context.
- System Scale: Experience with high-throughput, low-latency systems, supported by metrics such as QPS, impressions, advertiser volume, or ad spend.
- Technical Ownership:



Proven experience in system design, architecture, development, and scaling production systems.

Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Microsoft Ads, The Trade Desk, Criteo, InMobi, Moloco, Flipkart Ads, Swiggy Ads, and Zomato Ads.

Excluded Profiles
