**Job Details**

* **Position:** Customer Support Executive

* **Process:** Travel/Airline – Chat Support

* **Location:** As per hiring requirement

* **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in the Travel Industry (Mandatory)

* **Qualification:** Graduates / Undergraduates

* **Communication:** Excellent English – C1 Level

* **Typing Speed:** 35 WPM with 90% accuracy

* **Working Days:** 5 days a week

* **Cab Facility:** Both-side cab

* **Salary:** Up to 30,000 CTC

- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service capabilities.
- Ability to manage digital interactions and provide Online Support to diverse customer groups.
- Experience in maintaining Customer Satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution.
- Basic Technical Support knowledge to understand and troubleshoot common service-related problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and remain calm under pressure.
- Prior experience in a call center, BPO, or customer support environment is preferred.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in any discipline is an added benefit.
