Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. in IT/Computer Science/Electronics/Networking or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities

- L2 ownership of plant OT network incidents.
- Troubleshoot complex connectivity and performance issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot industrial switches, routers and firewalls.
- Configure and troubleshoot VLAN, routing, STP, ACL and network segmentation.
- Troubleshoot communication between:
- PLC
- SCADA
- HMI
- Historian
- Engineering Workstations
- OT Servers
- Industrial devices

- Analyze packet captures using Wireshark.
- Perform root-cause analysis and prepare RCA reports.
- Support OT network architecture and segmentation.
- Coordinate with OEMs, system integrators and cybersecurity teams.
- Execute approved network changes.
- Validate backup of switch/firewall configurations.
- Support network redundancy and high-availability mechanisms.
- Monitor network capacity, latency, packet loss and errors.
- Support OT cybersecurity initiatives.
- Maintain network diagrams, IP plans, configuration documents and SOPs.
- Guide L1 engineers and review escalated incidents.
