Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce specialist with experience in Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) and Agentforce to support the implementation of AI-powered capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem. The role involves connecting Databricks data products with Salesforce Data 360, configuring data access and AI agents, building usage and value dashboards, and supporting deployment from UAT to Production. The candidate will collaborate closely with data engineering and Salesforce architecture teams to deliver secure, scalable, and business-aligned solutions. Key Responsibilities

- Data Integration: Build and maintain zero-copy connections between Databricks and Salesforce Data 360 in collaboration with the data engineering team, including onboarding new data products.
- Data Access & Security: Configure permission sets, Data Spaces, and other relevant access controls in collaboration with the Salesforce CRM Architect.
- Agentforce Development: Configure Coworker Skills and build custom agents, actions, prompts, and flows using Agentforce Studio/Builder.
- Usage & Value Tracking: Develop reports and dashboards to monitor AI usage, adoption, credit consumption, and business value.
- Deployment & Monitoring: Promote tested configurations and solutions from UAT to Production, monitor credit consumption, and support ongoing optimisation.
- Documentation: Maintain technical and functional documentation covering solution architecture, configuration, integrations, agents, and deployment procedures.




- Future Enhancements: Explore and support the development of Salesforce Agentforce Voice capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud) and Agentforce Studio/Builder.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, configuration, Flows, permission models, and security controls.
- Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards.
- Experience with API integrations and connecting enterprise data platforms with Salesforce.
- Ability to collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Valuable English communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts and document solutions.

Good to Have
- End-to-end understanding of agentic AI architecture, from data pipelines and grounding to agent development and execution.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), Agent-to-Agent (A2A) integration, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and tool/action design.
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and SQL.
- Salesforce Agentforce Specialist or Data Cloud Consultant certification.
- Experience with Agentforce Voice and Tableau Next.

Preferred Candidate Profile A practical, hands-on professional who can work across data integration, Salesforce configuration, and AI agent development. The candidate should be comfortable collaborating across teams, troubleshooting technical issues, documenting solutions, and supporting deployments through to Production.
