Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, MIS, Engineering, or a related field. Additional equivalent work experience of three (3) years may substitute for the degree requirement. Minimum six (6) years of IT, software delivery, or related business experience. Minimum three (3) years of experience serving as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Minimum five (5) years of experience managing technology projects using Agile and/or SDLC methodologies. Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and managing Agile delivery metrics. Experience working with cross-functional technology teams in enterprise environments. Experience managing dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder expectations across multiple teams. Strong understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, Secure, or related methodologies. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. Experience coordinating software releases and ensuring adherence to Definition of Done and release governance standards.
