Minimum 8+ years in full stack product development, with at least 3+ years leading a
team of 4-8 developers.
- Own the technical design and architecture of product modules built on React,
Node.js and Python.
- Translate product requirements into technical designs, estimates and sprint-level
deliverables.
- Lead, mentor and review the work of developers to ensure code quality,
performance and security standards.
- Design scalable, cloud-native solutions on AWS and Azure, including microservices
and serverless components.
- Drive engineering best practices: code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD and
technical documentation.
- Work closely with Product Management, QA, UI/UX and DevOps to deliver features
on time and with quality.
- Proven track record of building and scaling at least one SaaS product or enterprise
platform from design to production.
- Experience in regulated domains (life sciences / GxP / healthcare) is a strong plus. Expert in React.js (Hooks, Redux/Context,



performance optimisation), JavaScript
(ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Robust back-end expertise in Node.js (Express/NestJS) and Python
(Django/FastAPI/Flask).
- Architecture: microservices, event-driven design, REST/GraphQL API design,
design patterns and system design.
- Databases: advanced SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQL Server) and NoSQL
(MongoDB); data modelling and performance tuning.
- AWS: EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, CloudWatch.
- Azure: App Services, AKS, Functions, Azure SQL, Service Bus, Azure DevOps.
- DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code
(Terraform/CloudFormation) exposure.
- Application security: OAuth2/JWT, OWASP practices, secure coding.
- Testing strategy: Jest, React Testing Library, PyTest, integration and end-to-end
testing.
