Job Description:

- Verify deliveries against purchase orders and challans, and report damages or discrepancies promptly.

- Prepare GRNs, issue materials against authorised requisitions, and maintain accurate records of receipts, issues and returns in the ERP.

- Maintain correct storage, identification, labelling and location coding of machine parts for easy retrieval.

- Monitor stock levels, minimum reorder levels and critical spares, and raise indents for replenishment in time.

- Raise purchase orders in the ERP and track them through to delivery.

- Follow FIFO and proper stock rotation; coordinate disposal of obsolete or surplus items.

- Carry out periodic physical stock verification and reconcile differences with system records.

- Coordinate with Maintenance, Production, Purchase and Accounts teams for material availability and bill processing.

- Maintain housekeeping, safety and security in the store area.
