Role Overview :

Manage aircraft cabin appearance operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, grooming, presentation, and service quality. Support the Manager Cabin Appearance in daily operations, team supervision, and quality control.

Key Requirements :

- Graduate with a qualification in Hotel Management, Housekeeping, or Accommodation/Facilities Management.

- Preferably 8 12 years of Cabin Appearance experience with a reputed airline.

- Strong team management, communication, and decision-making skills.

- Knowledge of aircraft cabin cleaning, grooming, and appearance standards.

- Solid attention to detail and operational coordination skills.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor daily cabin appearance operations and maintain required service standards.





- Supervise staff deployment, training, discipline, and performance.

- Coordinate with aircraft maintenance teams for cabin defects, deep cleaning, and scheduled maintenance.

- Monitor cabin crew feedback, customer concerns, audit reports, and corrective actions.

- Coordinate disinfestation, fumigation, potable-water testing, and related cabin services.

- Manage operational supplies, equipment, records, and cost control.
