Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for engineering and technical positions across the US market.

- Source qualified candidates through Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and other job portals.

- Recruit candidates for engineering and technology roles, including Software Engineers, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Civil Engineers, Manufacturing Engineers, Design Engineers, and related positions, based on client requirements.

- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening to assess technical qualifications, relevant experience, communication skills, and job suitability.

- Understand job descriptions and client requirements to identify suitable candidates.

- Conduct candidate outreach, follow-ups, and preliminary discussions regarding job responsibilities, compensation, availability, and work authorization.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and clients while ensuring timely feedback.

- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and ATS records with accurate updates.

- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

- Negotiate pay rates and salary expectations in line with client budgets and candidate requirements.

- Ensure compliance with US recruitment procedures and applicable employment requirements.

- Meet recruitment targets, submission deadlines, and other assigned performance metrics.

- Maintain effective communication with account managers, clients, and internal recruitment teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 1 5 years of experience in US IT recruitment, preferably in engineering or technical recruitment.

- Strong knowledge of the US recruitment lifecycle and candidate sourcing strategies.

- Hands-on experience with Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, and other US job portals.

- Understanding of technical job descriptions and engineering skill sets.





- Valuable knowledge of Boolean search techniques and resume screening.

- Strong candidate engagement, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment and meet deadlines.

- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for engineering, product development, manufacturing, design, or other specialized technical roles.

- Familiarity with US work authorization categories and recruitment documentation.

- Experience working with MSP/VMS platforms and client-specific recruitment processes.

- Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models, where applicable.
