- Implement the management system and ISO/IEC 17025;
- Carry out tests according to international standards/client specific method;
- Troubleshoot problems that arise during testing, seeking help from the manager if necessary;
- Involve in testing capability development under supervision of senior staff;
- Maintain the operation of each testing team;
- Complete the PT/ILC samples on time without any outliers
- Complete the regular samples testing on time and maintain the TAT
- Involved in the selection and acceptance of recent instruments and equipment, as well
- organize/conduct the acceptance of consumables;
- Involved in operation, maintenance, calibration / verification, performance check, and/or intermediate check of equipment in textile testing lab;
- Finish other tasks assigned by supervisor.
