Description
The Head of Aggregator Platforms will own the end‑to‑end commercial performance of Jubilant FoodWorks' presence on major food‑delivery aggregators. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape the sales strategy, manage profit and loss, negotiate partnership agreements, and collaborate with marketing, operations and finance to maximize revenue and market share across Swiggy, Zomato and future platforms.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a comprehensive aggregator sales and growth strategy.
- Own the P&L; for all aggregator platform revenues and costs.
- Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with Swiggy, Zomato and new partners.
- Lead cross‑functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to implement initiatives.
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and drive actionable insights.
- Launch and manage promotional campaigns and pricing models on aggregator channels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging delivery platforms.
- Ensure compliance with partner policies, legal requirements, and internal standards.




- Prepare regular business reviews and reporting for senior leadership.
- Mentor and develop a high‑performing aggregator sales team.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience in marketing, sales or business development within the food‑service or e‑commerce sector.
- Proven track record of P&L; ownership and revenue growth on aggregator platforms.
- Deep understanding of the Indian online food‑delivery ecosystem (Swiggy, Zomato, etc.).
- Robust negotiation and contract management skills.
- Data‑driven decision‑making with proficiency in analytics tools (Excel, PowerBI, Tableau).
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to travel domestically for partner meetings and market visits.
- Strategic thinker with a results‑oriented mindset.
