Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Backend Java Development.
- Solid proficiency in Core Java.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot.
- Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Data JPA, and Hibernate.
- Experience with Spring Batch.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Valuable knowledge of Microservices architecture.
- Strong experience with SQL databases.
- Exposure to NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD.
- Experience with JUnit, Mockito, or similar testing frameworks.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Good understanding of software development best practices.

Good-to-Have Skills

- Docker / Kubernetes
- AWS / Azure / GCP
- Kafka / RabbitMQ
- Redis
- Swagger / OpenAPI
- Monitoring and logging tools
