• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for VDI, virtualization, and IT infrastructure environments.
• Work on Citrix, VMware Horizon, or similar virtual desktop technologies.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking issues.
• Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and ensure timely resolution.
• Handle user queries and provide effective technical assistance to customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders and maintain clear communication throughout the support process.
• Follow established IT support procedures and ensure a positive end-user experience. ### Screening Questions
• How many years of relevant experience do you have in IT Infrastructure, VDI, or Virtualization Support?
• Do you have hands-on experience with Citrix, VMware Horizon,



or any other VDI technology? Please specify.
• Are you comfortable troubleshooting Windows OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and basic networking issues?
• How would you rate your technical troubleshooting and customer-handling skills?
• Are you comfortable communicating with international customers and global stakeholders in English?
• Are you comfortable working from the Bangalore office in a US shift ?
• Are you currently based in Bangalore and available to attend a face-to-face interview there?

• Candidates based in Bangalore will be preferred due to the mandatory F2F interview and work-from-office requirements.
