Role Description The Telesales Specialist will handle outbound and inbound calls to introduce WellLink’s automation solutions, qualify leads, and convert prospects into customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include explaining product features and advantages, answering customer questions, preparing basic quotations or proposals, and following up on leads generated through marketing and referrals. The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with the sales and technical teams for demos or site visits,



and providing post-call customer support and information. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring consistent collaboration with the local sales and operations teams. Qualifications
• Customer Service and Customer Support skills to manage inquiries, address concerns, and ensure a positive experience.
• Strong Communication abilities, including clear verbal communication and active listening on phone calls.
• Sales capabilities to conduct telesales activities, qualify leads, and close opportunities effectively.
• Training skills to guide customers on basic product usage and features as needed.
• Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or call center environments, preferably in technology, home automation, or related industries.
• Comfort working with CRM tools and basic office software for data entry and reporting.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and local languages used in Ahmedabad to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
