Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The Finance Manager will analyze financial data, prepare management reports, and provide strategic insights to support business planning and growth initiatives. The role involves coordinating with internal teams on cost optimization, compliance with financial regulations, and implementation of robust controls and policies. The Finance Manager will also support leadership in investor reporting, audits, and development of financial strategies that align with client and company objectives. Qualifications




• Strong skills in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, management dashboards, and preparation of MIS for leadership and stakeholders.
• Experience in cash flow management, working capital optimization, and cost control.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, compliance requirements, and internal control frameworks.
• Ability to use financial and ERP tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software, accounting systems) effectively.
• Demonstrated capability to partner with operations and leadership teams to support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (CA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a finance management or senior finance role, preferably in consulting, professional services, or high-growth businesses.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a quick-paced, collaborative environment.
