• Expert-level experience designing, deploying, and configuring Dynatrace in complex environments (including integrations, alerting, and dashboarding).

• As part of the selection process for the Dynatrace observability role, we would like you to prepare a PowerPoint presentation.
• The role is focused on delivering new end-to-end Dynatrace monitoring, dashboarding and alerting for customer-facing digital services built on a modern microservice-based architecture.
• The environment includes AWS-hosted digital services delivered through infrastructure as code, APIs, microservices, containers, cloud infrastructure, databases and downstream dependencies.
• Presentation must be showing how you have previously led or delivered this type of work using Dynatrace and the considerations involved.
• Customer is interested in the full end-to-end process you followed, from initial service understanding through rollout of Dynatrace data collectors, dashboard build/design, and integrated alerting design.
• Include the key pitfalls,



challenges or issues that had to be navigated, and how you addressed them.
• Base the presentation on work you have personally delivered or been directly involved in.
• This role requires hands-on Dynatrace experience, so please keep the presentation focused on Dynatrace and be specific about the exact Dynatrace technology you have used.
• Customer is not looking for a generic observability overview or a sales-style presentation.
