- 15L Contact: Divya on: +49 (0) 89 23 88 98 87 We are seeking FPGA Design Engineers for advanced aerospace, satellite, RF, SDR, and electronic warfare (EW) systems. You will collaborate with RF, hardware, embedded software, and systems teams to deliver end-to-end FPGA solutions—from architecture and RTL design through implementation, testing, and integration—within RF/Microwave, Satellite/Space, or EW Systems domains.

Key Responsibilities
• RTL & Design: Develop and verify digital systems using Verilog, SystemVerilog, or VHDL via AMD Xilinx Vivado/Vitis or equivalent tools.
• DSP & Pipelines: Implement high-speed signal processing (DDC/DUC, NCO/DDS, FIR/IIR, decimation/interpolation, FFT, spectrum processing, and real-time pipelines) optimized for throughput, latency, and timing closure.
• Interfaces & Hardware: Integrate FPGAs with high-speed ADCs, DACs, RF transceivers, processors, and memories using JESD204B/C, DDR, Ethernet, LVDS, SPI, I2C, and UART.
• Verification & Lab Bring-Up: Perform simulation, synthesis, place-and-route, timing analysis,



and hardware bring-up using lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum/signal analyzers).
• Lifecycle: Contribute to product development from architecture and prototyping through qualification, production, and technical documentation.
• Required Skills (Must have at least three)
• Solid knowledge of FPGA architecture, RTL design, and Verilog/SystemVerilog/VHDL.
• Experience with FPGA platforms (AMD Xilinx, Intel/Altera) and development tools (Vivado/Vitis).
• Expertise in high-speed interfaces (JESD204B/C, DDR, Ethernet, LVDS, SPI, I2C, UART) and ADC/DAC/transceiver integration.
• Proficiency in FPGA-based DSP implementation, NCO/DDS, FIR filters, FFT, and DDC/DUC.
• Understanding of clocking, PLLs/MMCMs, CDC, reset architectures, and timing constraints.
• Experience with simulation, verification, synthesis, place-and-route, timing closure, signal/power integrity, and lab bring-up/debugging. Preferred Qualifications Experience in RF/SDR system design, real-time RF signal processing, and communication/digital modulation techniques. Proficiency with SoC platforms (Xilinx Zynq, Zynq UltraScale+, Versal) and embedded processors. Background in MIL-grade, high-reliability, aerospace, or defence product development and qualification.
