Key Responsibilities
• Content Strategy: Develop and execute content strategies aligned with client objectives, target audiences, brand positioning, and market trends.
• Content Creation: Write high-quality long-form and short-form content, including blogs, articles, website copy, social media captions, ad copy, scripts, and other marketing collaterals.
• Social Media Content: Conceptualise and create engaging, platform-specific social media content that strengthens brand presence, drives audience engagement, and supports marketing objectives.
• SEO Optimisation: Create search-optimised content using relevant keywords, SEO best practices, and audience search intent.
• Content Calendar Management: Plan, maintain, and manage content calendars for multiple clients while ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct industry-specific research and analyse audience behaviour, competitor activities, and emerging content trends.
• Performance Monitoring: Track content performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and refine content strategies based on insights.
• Reporting:



Prepare monthly and quarterly content performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with social media managers, graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to ensure cohesive and effective content execution. Key Skills and Qualifications

Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience working with a digital marketing agency.
• Social Media Content Expertise: Must be an ace at social media content creation, with a strong understanding of platform-specific content, audience engagement, trending formats, hooks, storytelling, and content that drives action.
• Exceptional Writing

Skills:
Solid command of written English, with the ability to adapt tone, style, and messaging to different brands and audiences. Proficiency in Hindi and Marathi will be a strong advantage.
• SEO and Content Optimisation: Good understanding of SEO principles, on-page optimisation, keyword placement, and search intent.
• CMS Proficiency: Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress, Webflow, or similar platforms.
• Keyword Research: Working knowledge of tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or equivalent platforms.
• Short-Form Content Expertise: Strong ability to craft compelling social media captions, hooks, ad copy, reels scripts, and other attention-grabbing content.
• Strategic Thinking:



Understanding of broader digital marketing strategies and how content contributes to brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.
• Research and Adaptability: Ability to understand diverse industries, conduct independent research, and adapt content to different client requirements.
