Employment: Full-Time / Contract / Project-Based We're looking for an experienced, performance-driven Senior Media Buyer to join our team and manage US-focused affiliate lead-generation campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how to launch, optimize, and scale profitable campaigns — not someone who simply knows their way around Meta Ads Manager. What You'll Be Working On
• Running US GEO affiliate campaigns across Insurance, Personal Loans, and Home Services.
• Planning, launching, testing, and scaling campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• Working with direct-linking and pre-lander funnels.
• Testing creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies to improve performance.
• Managing budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROI, lead quality, and compliance.
• Identifying opportunities to scale profitable campaigns consistently. What We're Looking For
• Proven hands-on experience running US GEO affiliate lead-generation campaigns.
• Solid expertise in Meta Ads,



including campaign optimization and scaling.
• Understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution, and conversion optimization.
• Experience working with CPL/CPA models and optimizing for both lead quality and profitability.
• Previous experience with Native Ads is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver measurable results. Work Model & Compensation
