The Senior Sales Associate will manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead follow-up, property presentations, site visits, and closing transactions. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable properties, negotiating terms, and maintaining accurate records in CRM tools. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, staying updated on local real estate trends, and meeting defined revenue and performance targets.

• Proven experience in real estate sales or similar customer-facing sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
