Role Description The Manpower Agency Partner will be responsible for sourcing, supplying, and managing workforce requirements for Carryfast Logistics’ operations in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. This contract, in office role includes coordinating with internal teams to understand manpower demands, aligning suitable candidates, and ensuring timely deployment of personnel across warehouses, distribution centers, and other logistics sites. The partner will manage attendance, basic compliance documentation, and workforce performance tracking in line with company standards.



Daily responsibilities also involve maintaining effective communication with HR and operations managers, addressing staffing gaps, and supporting smooth manpower transitions during peak and non-peak periods. Qualifications
• Experience in manpower supply, staffing, or recruitment services, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain environments.
• Strong coordination and relationship-management skills for working with client HR, operations teams, and candidates.
• Knowledge of basic labor laws, statutory requirements, and compliance processes related to contract staffing.
• Ability to manage workforce planning, scheduling, and on-ground supervision at multiple sites in the Greater Ahmedabad Area.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records, documentation, and reports related to attendance, deployment, and contract workforce performance.
• Capability to operate in a fast-paced environment, respond quickly to changing manpower needs, and meet agreed service levels.
• Prior experience partnering with large organizations as a manpower or staffing vendor is highly beneficial.
• Access to an established manpower network and the ability to ramp up or down staffing volumes as required.
• Comfortable with on-site coordination and regular travel within the Greater Ahmedabad Area.
