Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate between Principal Architects, Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior, and other consultants.
• Review architectural drawings to ensure alignment with project brief, regulatory requirements, and execution feasibility.
• Ensure timely issuance of drawings for site execution.
• Identify design conflicts and resolve them proactively.
• Monitor design timelines and ensure adherence to project schedules.
• To make feasibility design for redevelopment projects
• Ensure compliance with local DCR/UDCPR and other applicable regulations.
• Coordinate submission drawings and documentation for statutory approvals.
• Work closely with Construction, Planning, and Procurement teams.
• Participate in site visits to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Support value engineering initiatives without compromising design integrity.




• Maintain organized documentation and approval records. Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree
- Architecture (B.
Arch / M.
Arch), Civil Engineer – (BE/B tech)
• 10 to 15 years of experience in real estate design
• Strong understanding of Mumbai, MBMC, VVMB, KDMC, CIDCO, NAINA etc. development regulations and statutory processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit preferred).
• Robust documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
