Role Description The Gold Loan Branch Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Ghaziabad, responsible for managing overall branch operations, business development, and customer service for gold loan products. The role involves driving gold loan disbursements, achieving business targets, managing the branch team, and ensuring efficient and compliant day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities
include overseeing gold appraisal and valuation processes, ensuring proper handling and secure custody of pledged gold, monitoring loan documentation and disbursement activities,



and maintaining adherence to company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines. The Branch Manager will also focus on customer acquisition and retention, local market development, portfolio quality, operational efficiency, and regular performance reporting to central leadership. Qualifications
• Proven experience in branch management or sales leadership within gold loans, NBFCs, banks, or other financial services.
• Strong understanding of gold loan products, loan processing, disbursement, renewals, and repayment procedures.
• Ability to drive business growth, achieve sales targets, and develop local market relationships.
• Experience in team management, staff development, and performance monitoring.
• Strong customer relationship management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
